Paleo Chicken Curry
Paleo chicken curry recipe is actually an Indian dish that contains both a little sweet and a delicious happy taste.
Making this paleo chicken curry recipe involves mixing chicken with spices and baking it. This chicken recipe can make from the chin in time it is the best dinner for a holiday.
INGREDIENTS for Paleo Chicken Curry:
- 1kg chicken (breasts or thighs) or cut into pieces
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour, divided
- 1 orange juice
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic (minced).
- 1 tsp ginger ( minced).
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (2 tbsp powder dissolved in water).
- 1/4 cup Chicken broth.
- broccoli (optional)
- 1 green onion chopped for garnish
- ½ tsp dried chili flakes / 1-2 fresh chili pepper cut into 3-4piece.
- 1 medium capsicum cut into squares.
- 1 medium Potato cut into wedges.
- cut 1 small carrot into wedges.
- 1½ – 2 Tbsp curry powder.
- paprika powder (optional).
INSTRUCTIONS TO STOVETOP for Paleo Chicken Curry:
Cook this paleo chicken curry according to the instructions
1- First heat the oil in a pot pan and then fry the potatoes and carrots in the oil until both things are well cooked and the edges are slightly brown. Then remove both things from the oil. And put them in a vessel on one side……
2- Now put a skillet on medium heat and fry the garlic, ginger, and onion in the rest of the oil, then add the chicken and seal it all over۔۔۔۔۔
3- Then put curry powder, paprika powder (optional), and pepper and cover it on light heat and cook it for a few minutes۔۔۔۔۔
4- Now add coconut milk to it, And let it boil. The sauce is thick and then the chicken will be completely cooked۔۔۔
5-Now add potato, carrot pepper, and pepper to it and cook for another minute…
