Chicken Boneless: –

Spices:-
many spices are used in this recipe, such as turmeric, pepper powder, paprika, coriander, cumin, and gram masala.

Authentic Chicken Jalfrezi Ingredients
1- Chicken 1 kg (boneless).
2- Salt( as taste).
3- Ginger garlic: 2 tablespoons.
4- Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon.
5-Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon.
6-Onion 3 medium (chopped).
7- Tomatoes 4 to 5 medium (chopped)
8- Capsicum 2 medium (chopped)
9- Cooking oil/ghee 1/2 cup.
10- White vinegar 5 tablespoons.
11-Turmeric powder 0.5 teaspoons.
12-Paprika 2 teaspoons.
* For garnishing:
Green coriander 1/2 knot (chopped)
Green pepper 1/2 knotted (chopped)
All spices powder 1 teaspoonful of tea.
